English Landscapes Maintenance having won this contract for the grounds maintenance of 1500 of Sovereign Housing's sites, quickly mobilised eight teams in three weeks in time for contract commencement.

Spread over the South West of England the contract covers sites in Oxfordshire, Avon, Hampshire and Devon, amongst others. Originally tendered for in separate area lots, English Landscapes Maintenance were successful in winning all contracts due to the quality and competitiveness of their bids.

An assisted gardening scheme covering 200 properties - including grass, hedges and shrubbery
