BALI National Award Winner 1999 - Mainly Soft Landscaping

Cribbs Causeway consisted of the landscaping of one of the largest retail outlets in Europe, the site occupying approx 67 acres.

The works undertaken included:

Stripping and re-spreading of 30,000 cubic metres of topsoil
Construction of five new roundabouts - including one set with a 10 ton Cornish standing stone and one set with a nine metre high cone comprising 8,000 tons of fill
Planting of 2,400 semi-mature and extra heavy trees
Planting of 130,000 shrubs and 100,000 bulbs
Turfing and seeding
