English Landscapes was appointed to complete the hard and soft landscaping to the public realm and atrium areas.

The works undertaken included:

Laying of 2,500 square metres of granite paving
Laying of 400 metres of granite kerbing
Construction of an access road - this involved some minor traffic management
Earthworks plus associated draining and ducting works
Waterproofing to concrete foundations
Installation of 64 granite benches
Planting of ten semi-mature trees, 60-80 cm girth oaks
Top soiling and turfing

Practical completion was followed by a three-year aftercare period.
