1999 English Landscapes implemented a Customer Careline to encourage
all clients and members of the public to feed back any information
which would help us to continue to improve standards and levels of
satisfaction. Contact by the public to the Company is made easier
by the display of our freephone Customer Careline number on all Company
vehicles and Company letterheads.
This service is operated in addition to our Client Satisfaction Programme.
All complaints and compliments received via our Customer Careline
or via the mail, fax or our other office telephone numbers are acted
upon.
Complaints are fully investigated and every attempt is made to resolve
the matter satisfactorily, keeping the complainant informed of actions
taken. Measures are then identified and implemented to prevent a similar
complaint from being made in the future.

As an Investor In People, we feel it is important for our staff are
informed personally of any positive feedback received as it creates
an incentive to maintain the high standards of workmanship already
in place.
